PURCHASING - Once an invoice has been emailed, the buyer has 24 hours to arrange payment of total monies owing before the order is cancelled and items are available once again for public purchase.
POSTAGE - Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer is to cover the cost of postage for their order. Once the item has been shipped by Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided. The seller is not responsible for any missing postal items. Extra cover can be purchased by the buyer at the time of purchase.
We do not accept returns or refunds.
Before purchasing please check our sizing guides to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. Please ensure you read the costume descriptions thoroughly.
In the unlikely event that your costume is damaged, please provide photo evidence and a full or partial refund will be granted determined by the seller (Dance Costume Clearance).
